Thank you very much for your message, Justice. It is a great and
useful advise.

I would add something that can be applied to any country.

4) Strikes, revolts and riots.
As governmental deficts cut basic services some people foresee the
risk of civil troubles. We have to take in mind something. For
example, hyperinflation starts at 10% for the lower percentile, that
issue is related to survival for them, while 100% inflation rise is
irrelevant for the higer 1% percentile as they can choose to live
abroad.

If 20% of a population has a survival problem, it is difficult (maybe
imposible) to grant stability for the society. Specially if
governments have not the apropiate resources to cope with it becaue
lack of budget.
