Exactly..... I love having people in the truck who don't know about the "thank
you".... I tell them to watch and they get all excited when it happens... and
it does happen 95% of the time. The rest of the time I figure the trucker
didn't see the signal from me.
Like I said, I'm easily amused.
I consider truckers to be my friends..... I haven't had to change a flat tire
since I was 18 years old(I've already told that story).... they always stop and
change them for me, they never take money for it.
Once is a terrible snowstorm I was headed to NYC from CT. It started snowing
and within 1/2 hour it was a blizzard.... I could barely see.... I was on the
CB and two truckers put me in the "rocking chair" and took me safely into the
city. I doubt I could have made it without them.
Like most people, if you treat them right they will treat you right.
I like you too GB (c: and you were not exaggerating when you bragged about your
lovely wife's homemade jelly.....
